Raphael Francois introduces his first casual French restaurant to DC. Prior to launching Le DeSales, Raphael was executive chef at fine dining restaurants in Paris, London and New York. Now in DC, Raphael brings casual French cuisine with a modern twist. Creative or classic, Le DeSales dishes are crafted from fresh, local ingredients whenever possible.
